Andy was the 2013 US Rubik’s Cube Champion. He started Cubes 4 Kids with Zack in hopes of sharing his passion of Rubik’s Cubes with others.

Alex Phan is a 3rd year medical student who is passionate about patient-centered care and patient advocacy. He has been a part of Cubes 4 Kids since 2014 and led our partnership with Rubik's Brand Ltd. He shares his passion for cubing with others by working with hospitalized children and teaching his friends.

After Andy taught Zack how to solve a Rubik's Cube when they were 14, he quickly became set on learning how to do it faster. After practicing for many hours, he realized it wasn't as hard as he had initially thought. With that realization, he set out to start Cubes 4 Kids with Andy to help spread the love of cubing to others!
